CAGED in One Position: The Full Cycle
Most players learn CAGED as five boxes scattered across the neck. This PDF shows you how to play all five shapes in one spot, between frets 4 and 10, with no shifting.
Start with C major in the G shape, go up two octaves, then come down in the key a fourth above (F). Keep going around the cycle through all 12 keys. It trains you to see every shape inside one position instead of jumping between boxes.
